Summer Program 2025
Whether a novice or champion, one-sport or multisport athlete, we have the program for you. Enhance your skills with joint integrity, stabilization, balance, coordination, agility, functional strength and conditioning. The mechanics of running, jumping and moving in multiple directions are covered. Registrants can choose to attend multiple weeks and session times.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (no Wednesdays)
Week 1 – June 9, 10,12, 13 (no session June 11)
Week 2 - June 16, 17, 20 (no session June 18 or 19)
Week 3 – June 23, 24, 26, 27 (no session June 25)
Week 4 - June 30 -July 4 Campus is closed
Week 5 – July 7, 8, 10, 11 (no session July 9)
Week 6 – July 14, 15, 17, 18 (no session July 16)
Week 7 – July 21, 22, 24, 25 (no session July 23)
Times:
8:30–10:30 a.m. (Grades 9-12)
10:45 a.m.–12:45 p.m. (Grades 6-8)
1:15–3:15 p.m. (Grades 6-8)
