Summer 2026
Athletic Performance Camp is designed for middle school and upper school athletes looking to improve overall athleticism, movement quality, and physical performance. Whether a novice or elite competitor, single-sport or multisport athlete, this program supports athletes at all levels.
Training focuses on joint integrity, stabilization, balance, coordination, agility, functional strength, and conditioning. Athletes will also develop proper mechanics for running, jumping, and moving efficiently in multiple directions.
The camp offers multiple session options by age and experience level, allowing athletes to register for one or more weeks and select sessions that best match their developmental needs.
