In Super Moverz, you’ll take on story-based missions, tackle exciting obstacle courses, and practice throwing, catching, striking, agility, balance, and teamwork. Along the way, you’ll build confidence, grit, fair play, and real-life movement powers while having so much fun you may not even notice how hard you’re working. Whether you want to become a stronger athlete or simply try something new, this program is for you!

Join LJCDS PE coach Brie Benson for an after-school adventure that guides students through progressive, age-appropriate games, physical challenges, and imaginative missions designed to build movement skills and confidence.

• Story-based missions: Move, play, and problem-solve through an interconnected superhero adventure.
• All-around sports skills: Develop throwing, catching, striking, agility, balance, spatial awareness, and locomotor movement.
• Fitness through fun: Build strength, endurance, coordination, and grit through fast-paced games and obstacle courses.
• Real-life powers: Practice teamwork, communication, fair play, honesty, willpower, and emotional regulation.
• Progressive challenges: Activities build from week to week and are adapted to support different experience and ability levels.
• Specialized equipment: Explore Super Moverz games using the program’s exclusive Zaber play equipment, music, and character-guided missions.
• Personal progress: Receive encouragement and feedback while working toward becoming a Master Mover.
