Cool Cats kindergarten program teaches confidence, focus, and social skills through the fundamentals of martial arts (awareness, traditional karate, kicking, and boxing). Little Torrey LAX is for kindergarten through Grade 4 students looking to learn more about lacrosse. No equipment is needed; just bring a pair of sneakers and a water bottle. From running around scooping up ground balls to scoring goals, this program aims to introduce the fundamentals of the sport, all while having fun.
