ALL DAY–Sports: Torrey Lacrosse & Field Hockey Camp (Grade 5-9)Athletics Camp Summer 26 CatalogThis four-day camp offers players of all levels the opportunity to learn the basics of lacrosse and field hockey. The morning session will focus on lacrosse then the afternoon will focus on field hockey so participants get a chance to learn and play both sports. It’s designed for players who want to work on fundamental skill-building with an emphasis on stick work, positional play, defensive footwork and game concepts. The goal of the camp is to teach skills and learn games strategy through various games to build confidence and deepen players’ passion for the sports. What to bring: Each player should bring their own equipment (lacrosse stick, field hockey stick, goggles, shin guards, mouthguard, cleats or running shoes). Players can borrow lacrosse and field hockey sticks if needed but must have their own goggles, shin guards and mouthguard. A snack and a refillable water bottle are required. AM Sports: Beach Volleyball (Grades 5-9)Athletics Camp Summer 26 CatalogBeach Volleyball Camp is open to students in Grades 5–9, including beginner, intermediate, and experienced players. This morning camp focuses on developing volleyball skills through movement, conditioning, and gameplay in a fun and challenging beach environment. Players will work on passing and setting control, speed and agility footwork, serving and hitting technique, defensive movements, and game strategy. Training in deep sand and windy conditions helps athletes improve vertical jump, endurance, and overall court awareness, supporting both beach and indoor volleyball play. Camp sessions are intentionally designed to prepare players for competitive 2-on-2 beach volleyball, with instruction tailored by age and experience level. Each week is anchored by a theme, with activities rotating throughout the week to provide variety, creativity, and fun. Camp Torreys is now offered as a cohesive full-day program with one simple weekly registration. Campers may enroll in full-day sessions, with select half-day athletic and specialty academic options are available during certain weeks. Optional Extended Day is offered for families who need additional after-camp coverage.
