The LJCDS baseball coaching staff invites players to learn the fundamentals of the game while providing a morning full of fun on the ball field. Camp includes:

• Proper warm-up, arm care and throwing technique
• Defensive fundamentals (including pitching, catching, infield and outfield)
• Base-running technique and strategy
• Hitting mechanics and mentality
• Game strategy and mentality
• Games with players of similar age and ability

What to bring: Each player must bring their own baseball equipment, including gloves, bat, helmet, cleats/spikes, running/turf shoes, hats and any other equipment they feel is necessary to compete. Catchers must bring their own gear. Please make sure the player’s name is on all items.
